Gus Turns 1!!

I can't believe Gus is 1 yo!  He's an amazing little dude.  We've enjoyed seeing him grow and can't wait for all that this year has to bring him.  We all had a great time celebrating with him and Max especially enjoyed "helping" Gus open his presents.

Highland Parade

All four of us joined the Highland Parade to help represent Discover Preschool. The kids all dressed in cruise attire (hat, sunglasses, and fanny pack) they had received at preschool earlier that week.  In one of the pics above you can see that Max lost his shoe.  This happened a couple of times.  This was not an ideal situation with the band following right behind us, but we retrieved Max's shoe without incident.  After we rounded our first corner our preschool group found some shade and watched the rest of the parade.  Max made out with a lot of candies (aka "special treats").

Domino's Farm

We enjoyed a morning at Domino's Farm with a couple of friends from our Moms' Group.  I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with my homies and Max had a good time playing with Lauren and Tinsley.  Max also loved the baby goat.
