The Royal Oak Fire Department opened their doors to our mom's group and gave our kiddos a tour. The firemen provided us with good information and did a great job making the kids comfortable. One of the men suited up in full attire to get the kids familiar with what a fireman would look like coming into your house during a fire. They talked a lot about not being afraid to approach the fireman and to know that they are there to help us. Max wasn't shy at all and enjoyed approaching the fireman to check out his equipment and to give him high fives. And he even took a try in the driver's seat!

Fall has Arrived

Rochester Cider Mill

Max hung with his buds at the Rochester Cider Mill last week. We enjoyed eating donuts, playing at the corn table inside (not pictured), and some romping around outside.

Long's Farm/Cider Mill

A couple of weekends ago we met Otto, Melissa, and Brian for a lil bday celebration at Long's Farm and Cider Mill. Otto just turned three that week and we had a great time playing on all of the fun things they have at the farm. Everyone particularly enjoyed the bounce pillow. I refrained from jumping on it myself, but I had fun taking photos of all the fun. Happy Birthday, Otter!

Domino's Farm, Ann Arbor

Our mom's group met at Domino's Farm (Ann Arbor area) for some fun with the animals and a hayride. Our get together landed on one of my mom's day's off so we had the fortunate gift of her company. It was a fun day. (A couple of the pics are courtesy of Tiffany Michael and Aubrey Crawford. Thanks, ladies!)
