Strawberry Picking
Last Tuesday we had a little break from the high heat and decided to spend our time strawberry picking at Middleton Berry Farm. We had the pleasure of going to the farm with our neighbors. Both Rachelle and I had our girls strapped to us in our Baby Bjorn's. And I carried an umbrella the whole time to try and keep Lucy as shaded as possible (she's still too young for sunscreen). It wasn't the easiest pickin but it was worth it! We left with plenty of delicious berries to enjoy. We ate some by the fistfuls, made a quick batch of jam, and froze the rest.
